It is a combination of Martial Arts and Music. In these classes, the student will burn calories and at the same time learn self-defence in a non-structured but animated Martial Arts class. It is a moderate to high intensity workout and is best for burning calories and helping you get in shape as quickly as possible. Intense cardiovascular workouts like kickboxing help you build muscle tone and, in turn, lose weight.
