1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • A class or workshop is canceled by Dance Dacha.
  • You experience a technical issue preventing access (e.g., login failure after valid registration).
  • You accidentally made a duplicate payment.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for events or classes already attended.
  • Partial attendance or missed classes due to user error.
  • Digital content or downloadable materials.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at support@dancedacha.com with your payment receipt and reason within 7 days of the transaction
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
